FLASH FLOOD — 2 NW Castle Valley, UT
Flash flooding reported in Castle Creek. There was some road damage and also a culvert washed out on Castleton Rd near the upper 80s access. USGS gage on Castle Creek below Castle Valley jumped from 4.87 ft to 11.94 ft in 20 minutes.
