Turner Fire
The Turner Fire was reported the evening of July 15 approximately 5 miles south of Copeland. Resources from local, state and federal jurisdictions responded, including many from the Upper Smith Fire. Northern Rockies Complex Incident Management Team #1 transferred command of the Turner fire to a local Type 4 Organization on July 25, 2026. The final update was released July 25, 2026. No additional updates will be provided.
