The Railroad Fire started on July 22, 2026 around 11:00 PM near Beverly and Schwana Washington. Initially the fire had rapid weather driven fire growth. The fire destroyed 10 primary residences. The fire burned 8216 acres and was contained and handed back to local agencies on July 27, 2026 at 5PM
