The Sabinal River at Sabinal is forecast to rise above flood stage to 12.8 feet this afternoon, causing minor flooding of lowland roads, crossings, and low bridges in Uvalde County through Thursday morning. Homes in low-lying areas near the river may experience water damage and subsequent mold growth.
