Moderate flooding on the Frio River below Dry Frio in Uvalde County is forecast to reach 15.9 feet this afternoon, with the warning in effect through early Thursday afternoon. At that level, water will inundate crop and pasture land near the river, and secondary and primary roads and low bridges will flood, exposing homes in low-lying areas to water damage and subsequent mold risk.
