A severe flash flood warning was issued for north central Pima County, Arizona, on July 16, 2026, with considerable damage threat from heavy rainfall. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain had already fallen, with an additional 1 to 2 inches expected, creating risk of flooding in creeks, streams, urban areas, and roadways that could bring water damage and mold to affected homes.
