    Located approximately 12 miles east of Wisdom, the fire was reported around 2:20 pm on July 31 at an estimated 6 acres, and quickly grew in size due to windy and dry conditions. The fire is burning in heavy dead and downed fuels and thick timber. Fire behavior is active, with running, torching, and spotting.
